Dog Training

Mary has a BS in Animal Science from the University of Wisconsin, has worked for the Portage County Humane Society and has graduated from the Tom Rose School for Professional Dog Trainers in Missouri. This certification is not easily attained as less than 50% of the students who attend, graduate with a professional certificate. Mary graduated at the top of her class. She is well equipped to train your dog or assist you in training your dog in Basic Obedience to Competition Level Obedience. She can also help with any behavioral problems your dog might have.

ln-Kennel Dog Training

In-Kennel training offers the best training results in the shortest amount of time. Your dog is boarded and trained at our facility for 2 to 4 weeks based on what your needs are and how quickly your dog is learning.

Basic Obedience Group Classes

This class is for puppies or adult dogs that need basic obedience. This is a great way to socialize your puppy/dog in a safe and controlled environment. We teach the following commands and behaviors:

• Attention

• Sit

• Sit/Stay

• Down

• Down/Stay

• Come

•  and Beginning Heeling

We can also deal with any individual problems you might have such as mouthing, barking, chewing, housebreaking and crate training.

Private Lessons

Our private lessons are great for addressing specific problems or if you just want one on one time with the trainer.
